How far in advance should we book?
Get in touch as early as you can — popular dates fill up well in advance. We’ll let you know quickly if we’re available for yours.
Do you handle photography only, or full event production?
Both. We’re a full-service event production team — capture, planning, execution, and the moments in between. We’ll scope to whatever your event needs.
What's included in your packages?
Every event is scoped fresh — we don’t sell shrink-wrapped tiers. After our first conversation we’ll send a written proposal that maps to exactly what your event needs.
How do you handle the unexpected on event day?
With backup plans on backup plans. Every event has a lead producer whose only job is solving problems before you ever notice them — that’s the value of working with a seasoned team.
Do you travel? What's your service area?
Toronto-based and happy to travel for the right event. Tell us where — we’ll work it into the proposal.
When do we get our photos and videos back?
Turnaround depends on event scope and capture format. We’ll give you a clear timeline up front so you know exactly what to expect and when.
